There’s a stereotype of nerds being bad at sports. And for us here at Rag-NERD-rok, that’s mostly true. But if there’s one thing that nerds are great at, it’s games. And yet we still seem drawn to playing games that we just can’t win, no matter how hard we try. What’s up with that? Maybe we’re just a bunch of masochists. We at Rag-NERD-rok are pleased to announce the premiere of the newest installment of our serial drama, Dead of Winter, the story of murder in a small town with a dark secret. In this episode, lawyer Neil Price confronts shady hotel proprietor Arthur Webb about his role in the death of young Sarah Winter, peeling back yet another layer of the mystery and revealing even more about the sinister brotherhood of murderers to which Webb belongs. In this week’s Eclipse Phase game, the team of Firewall Sentinels faces off with an agent from The Prometheus Syndicate in a tooth-and-nail battle to stop the plot to destroy the Martian space elevator! But first, they’ll have to thwart massive amounts of OIA security, gain access to restricted areas on Tether, the asteroid serving as the space elevator’s counterweight, and figure out a way to deal with a TITAN-designed pocket nuclear device. Things head south rapidly for the team when they are forced to confront a Reaper morph on the underside of Tether, along with a bevy of booby traps. Can they save Mars from untold destruction, or will all their efforts thus far be in vain? Find out in the final episode of Godfire!

In this episode, our brave Sentinels dig deeper into the connection between Barsoomian terrorist group The Knights of John Carter and the rogue Firewall splinter organization known as The Prometheus Syndicate. First, everyone pitches in to interrogate the forknapped egos of two ComEx employees seen at the Barsoomian rally, but are they part of the master plan, or simply unwitting pawns in a game they aren’t even aware of? Later, Lucas, Elis and Dalton meet with Lucas’ old squad leader, Blake Diaz, a man who they’ve fought before on Luna. Meanwhile, Gavin and Damien return to the ruster bar where they first made their connection to The Movement in order to get more information out of Big John. Can our heroes learn more about the plans to destroy the space elevator on Olympus Mons before its anniversary celebration? Will the group survive its encounter with Lucas’ past? Listen to find out!

In this game, a malfunctioning comedy robot, a psychotic firearms enthusiast, a tribal shaman, an elderly super-genius, a weather controlling TV personality and an out-of-shape mimic with perfect muscle memory are brought together to defend the city from the nefarious deeds of The Rotato, a rampaging speedster with blade arms! In order to prove their mettle as a team of heroes and gain admittance to the No Way! Squad, they’ll have to set aside their many differences in order to take down the bad guys, without destroying too much of Cambridge in the process.
