So you guys may not have heard, but there’s this film coming out next year about Batman. It’s called The Dark Knight Rises. It’s the sequel to some other Batman movie that came out a few years back. Anyway, the trailer for The Dark Knight Rises was just released. Check it out after the jump.
The trailer leaked early on Monday. By later in the day, Warner Bros. said, “Fuck it!” and uploaded the official trailer. I thought it was pretty awesome. From what I can see, it looks like there’s going to be some sort of uprising in Gotham, possibly along class lines (from what Catwoman was saying about the rich people in Gotham).
And not only did the Dark Knight Rises trailer just premier, but there was also a teaser released for the trailer for Ridley Scott’s Prometheus. It’s odd, because it’s not a teaser trailer, it’s a teaser for a trailer. Check it out. The official trailer for Prometheus, which may or not be a prequel for Alien, should be releasing later this week. Keep an eye out for it!
