In this week’s episode, Gethen and Niluhn make one final delve to reach Hang Station and their encounter with the creature that dwells in the subterranean ocean beneath. On the way, they’ll encounter new dangers, meet strange denizens of the Heart, and find themselves drawn deeper into their misgivings about their work with The Ministry. Can they free the trapped creature from its prison, and what terrible consequences will they bring about if they do?

Two delvers set off into the depths of the Heart on orders from their handlers in the City Above. One, a Gnoll Hound, is forced to be there by the moonsilver collar he wears. The other, a Drow Witch, struggles with her past and is inexplicably drawn to the City Beneath. When they are tapped to escort a skittish academic to a deep Vermissian station, they find themselves embroiled in a plot to harness the suffering of a trapped creature to create a bomb, caught between their obligations and the Heart’s desire to set the creature free.
