In the series finale to Alex’s Masters of Umdaar campaign, the Archaeonauts must use the Cube of Subeqo to defeat Drazkum the Debaser. First, however, they will need to capture the final piece, a sliver that they did not even realize was missing, from the Master’s helmet. And before that, they’ll need to put aside their differences, work out their interpersonal issues, and learn to work together as a team. Can this ragtag group of adventurers, mages and underwear relocation experts save Umdaar from the evil they unleashed, or will they learn the true power of the Demiurge when their enemy wields it against them? Listen to find out!

I’ve really enjoyed this campaign, especially the “downboat” incident, and been very entertained by the characters (the brittle Ruby and upbeat Cody being my favourites). Congrats all round.
P.S. please let that promised Patreon campaign be real, not some cruel joke!

    • Good news! Our Patreon campaign is totally a thing that’s totally launching on July 8th! We’re really going to have an 8-10 hour stream on our YouTube channel, and we’re really going to make Will dance (or something) every time someone new becomes a Patron!

Glad you’ve enjoyed it! Ruby’s been among my favorite characters to play, even though half the group was annoyed that I was playing a pony. But I can’t help what the random tables gave me! And yes, as Ryan said, our Patreon is indeed real! We’ve got some fun stuff planned for this stream, so be sure to check it out, and tell all your friends! Even George. That guy could use some laughs.

Really enjoyed the finale of the Umdaar campaign. One thing I didn’t really notice- is there any advancement in Fate games? Seemed like everyone pretty much stays the same, except maybe picking up a new-ancient artifact from the Masters(which hardly anybody used).

Great comedy. Great characters. One hell of a final fight. I still thought Drazkum was going to turn back into a duck. 😉
