The Nettlers (and Taeros) are about to face their final confrontation with the nefarious (?) necromancer-turned-Ghost-King Hanzelbar! Pendrel and Friend have wagered their souls against the Ghost King’s scepter, which they need to prevent the rebels from turning Pendrel’s mother into a goddess of destruction. However, the three-way contest unexpectedly gains another competitor when Bohrs joins the fray, sent by the loyalist forces of Good King William to retrieve the same scepter. Can the Nettlers (and Taeros) put aside their differences long enough to vanquish Hanzelbar and rescue the kingdom from the threat of a ghost army? Will Humble be able to carry home all the treasure he’s been stealing? And what about Bohrs’ poor, poor bear companion, Wulf? It’ll all depend on whose cuisine reigns supreme.
