The circus is trying desperately to perform, but it has quite a juggling act to keep everyone happy.

On the one hand, there is the Goblin King, who has forbidden the storm from attending the festivla.

On the other is the storm, who is determined to attend. 

And in the middle is the circus members, who are trying to do their best to put on a fun (and relatively dry) show.

Having successfully pulled off their first job, the newest crew in Duskvol is going for a second job. 

Dusk’s Quartet follows a tip from a friend. Someone robbed a casino and made off with the night’s take, and now they’re hiding out until they can get out of town. But Dusk’s Quartet wants to get to them first and get the loot. And, since they’re assassins, probably kill them, too.

The crew has set out from Wohlsen’s Folly to an unnamed moon. Their mission is to extract the data about an experimental terraforming device, for which they will be paid with contacts with the higher-ups of the Wohlsen’s Folly colony.

But this alien planet is not as deserted as it looks. And what lies in wait for the crew may just make them question everything they thought was true. Or maybe not.

This week, the fairy circus lands at the Nearly Yearly Festival in the court of the Goblin King! Unfortunately for all in attendance, the king neglected to invite Hilda, a living storm, and she has decided to crash the event. Mired in mud, beset by rain, the performers and fairgoers alike must, by decree of the Goblin King himself, swallow their complaints and pretend to enjoy themselves. On top of all that, someone in the circus has a very personal, and very unfortunate, connection to Hilda, one that just might provoke the thunderous wrath of the living storm. Can Uncle Jerzbleen and Co. pull off another successful performance, despite the nasty weather? Listen to find out!
